Assembling Parts
A workpiece carrier is located on the conveyor belt. The carrier is positioned under the shaft of the gravity-fed magazine. The assembly station has one drop magazine that accommodates Block Upper Parts or Car Chassis. One piece is separated and placed on the workpiece carrier. The loaded workpiece carrier moves to the end of the conveyor belt to be taken over by the next substation.
