Handling Station UniTrain Course
A carrier with a fully assembled and tested work piece is located on the conveyor belt. A handling station is located above the middle of the conveyor belt. The carrier is stopped at the removal position. The handling module lifts up the work piece and transfers it to one of two possible positions. The empty carrier is conveyed to the end of the belt to be passed on to the next sub-system.

  • Assembly, configuration and testing of pneumatic cylinders and valves
  • Vacuum generation and vacuum suction device with sensors
  • Definition of a processing sequence for simple sorting of a work piece
  • Configuration and control of a pneumatic handling unit
  • Programming a sorting sequence in manual and automatic modes
  • Course duration: approx. 4 h
